RETURN POLICY – IN STORE PURCHASES: Customers may return any opened or unopened merchandise purchased from Nature’s Pantry store within 30 days. When accompanied by a receipt, the customer will receive a refund in the original form of payment. Without a receipt, the customer will receive a store credit for the current purchase price minus 15%, unless they are a Customer Rewards Program member, in which case we can look up the purchase history to determine the price that was paid for the item. After 30 days or without a receipt, returns are subject to staff discretion. Store credits have an expiration date of 60 days from the date of the return transaction..

We’ll ask you to send your purchase and receipt to our store at 401 Main St. Salmon, ID 83467. You must package the product carefully; you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
In the event that a product you ordered becomes damaged during shipment, please contact us and we will do everything we can to replace the product swiftly. If any items arrive damaged or defective, don’t dispose of them until you’ve had a chance to speak with a member of our staff. From there, we’ll guide you in the specifics of the return.
