Frontier Co-op Smoked Spanish Paprika is a powder ground from the capsicum annum pepper. Smoked Spanish paprika is unlike regular paprika which is not smoked at all. The peppers are smoked and dried over hot fires then crushed to deliver a deep smoky flavor to many different dishes. Capsicum Annuum is larger and much milder than its cousin the chili pepper.This versatile ingredient delivers an earthy, warm flavorful bite to any dish it is added to.
